Foster a love for the game in Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire Cricket Ltd act as the National Governing Body for the game of cricket in Lincolnshire.  As the local delivery arm of the ECB (England & Wales Cricket Board) our ambition is to make the sport of cricket the most inclusive sport in the county.

Our core business as an organisation is split across three main areas:

Recreational Cricket:
Supporting the existing cricketing network, primarily via engaging with and supporting our clubs, leagues and associations to ensure we create and foster an environment within which the game can flourish.

Performance:
Overseeing and delivering a player pathway system that effectively identifies and develops talent to ensure players maximise their potential.

Participation and Growth:
Overseeing and developing programmes of activity that are accessible, reach new audiences and provide entry points into the sport.  Working with key stakeholders in the community our ambition is to fundamentally grow the game here in Lincolnshire.
