Volunteering

Recreational cricket clubs across the county rely heavily on those in their communities who volunteer their time & effort to make things work and help others thrive so their club can continue to grow, develop and be sustainable for the future.

As a County Board we recognise that without the army of volunteers at clubs, many of the successes we see within the game in Lincolnshire would not be possible.

That is why we do our best to reward and recognise the game’s volunteers on a regular basis through the Cricket Collective Awards and continue to strive to help clubs grow the number of volunteers they have available to them.

Volunteering at a cricket club can be hugely satisfying, rewarding and is great to develop a new set of skills for yourself at the same time.
