Chance to Shine Schools
We currently work with Chance to Shine, offering sessions to schools with our excellent coaches throughout the academic year offering FREE sessions.
2023-24 saw us deliver 54 Whole School Programmes and 42 Cricket Engagement Days, which engaged 14,002 Primary School children through a total of 1974 coaching hours. In addition, we also delivered 6 Secondary Girls Leadership Programmes, which engaged 75 Young Leaders & 300 secondary schools in Play sessions, through a total of 226 coaching hours.
Getting your school involved with Chance to Shine can help complement your school’s curriculum, develop physical, personal and social skills in children as well as support teachers in their personal development and help them feel more confident teaching physical education and cricket in particular.
Lincolnshire Cricket offer a comprehensive schools offer to provide opportunities for all school pupils to engage with high-quality coaching, with an emphasis on creating opportunities to continue playing at school, in clubs or in the community. We offer either a full term of National Curriculum based sessions via our Whole School Programmes or a one off Cricket Engagement Day.
