Disability Cricket

Lincolnshire Cricket is working to provide opportunities within the county to ensure the sport is as inclusive as possible for everyone who has a love of the game. Table Cricket –

We currently offer 5 hours of FREE Table Cricket coaching in SEND Primary, SEND Secondary schools & colleges across the county in partnership with the Lord’s Taverners programme. For those school’s & colleges who have more complex needs, we can discuss the option of providing up to 10 hours. More information on the Lord’s Taverners Table Cricket programme is available from here. Table Cricket is an adaptive form of the game which provides an opportunity for participants with a wide range of disabilities to take part in cricket. It will entail fun interactive activities that can link to the school curriculum and the game itself. It is totally inclusive with all playing a part, be it as players of in another capacity. It is a fantastic and enjoyable game but is really a vehicle to encourage soft skills such as numeracy, literacy, teamwork and leadership skills.

Community Super 1s

Community Super 1s – Barton FREE Super 1s (for players aged 12-25) in Barton upon Humber on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm at Baysgarth Community Hub, Brigg Road, Barton, DN18 5DT. For more information or to get involved, email: neil.wheeler@lincscricket.co.uk

Community Super 1s – Lincoln FREE Super 1s (for players aged 5-11, and 12+) in Lincoln on Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm (both groups running at the same time) at Hartsholme Cricket Club, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln LN6 0DY.
