Lincolnshire Cricket Ltd are delighted to announce the release of its new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.
Lincolnshire’s EDI strategy demonstrates the organisation’s commitment and intention to embed equity, diversity and inclusion within our game, making our sport ever more accessible. The work that has been taking place is now joined together in a single strategy with the stated ambition of becoming Lincolnshire’s most inclusive sport: A game for everyone.
Lincolnshire’s strategy is underpinned by 4 key pillars:
- Removing barriers to participation
- Creating inclusive environments
- Tackling discrimination
- Widening participation
Over the coming months the organisation will develop a more detailed action plan that contains specific information on how progress will be measured and what actions the organisation will take to ensure the delivery of its EDI ambitions.
